Hello Guy´s,
i have two "Programming Board lite" the first (Type: MW1911 SM596 R01 N54360002401) works fine with SigmaStudio and a D-Cell 504 Modul. The second (Type:MW0710 61/100 SM596 R01 FW:0.5.1 FB:C93F del 24/10/2008) dosen´t work on the D-Cell 504 Modul, the cable and the jumpersetting are the same.
On the second Board lights the red "COM" LED permanently when I plug the USB connecion.
What´s wrong with the second board ?
Can everybody help me.

Hi Warpath77.

Red led lit means a communication error due to the USB port you're using on your PC or poor power supply from the amp module to the programming board. Try to do:

1) change USB port on your PC (the best are the direct ports, not use USB hub even one powered)
2) take 5V supply for the Programming Board from the USB port rather than amp module, you can do that jumping JP101 (above to the red led COM in the programming board)

if this doesn't solve, please contact me sending an email to andrea.brodi@powersoft.it
ciao.

But the yellow LED don´t lite at using and the red LED begin after 2 minutes to light, the connection fail.
After pressing the "Reset" Button 1-3 times the connection is alive.

Hi Warpath
Probably, the Programming Board that seems to be faulty could have a power supply issue, maybe having different tolerances than the one works well. If you still didn't it, try to power the programming board using 5V from the PC; remember to insert a jumper in JP101, this is needed to able the power USB bus. Anyway, I'm not excluding that Programming Board could be faulty.

In addition, could I ask you which amp module you're using for programming?
