  • Audio System Engineering: general technical knowledge in audio/acoustic products. Experience in installation and configuration of audio systems. Knowledge of high end audio installation products, IT set up and protocol programming experience is preferred, able to interact with end clients and able to technically support the sales department and distributors when required for big projects. Available to travel and to provide training/presentations to clients, consultants and distributors.

    His/ Her Main Activities will be:
    . Support on negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts with Italian and Foreign Counterparts.

  • OEM Solutions Sales Manager for North America
    The OEM Solutions Sales Manager for NA will be responsible for maintaining and growing business to business sales of OEM Powersoft products and technologies to companies within North America territory.
    The individual in this role will increase U.S. OEM sales volume through a variety of account activities, exceptional customer support and the support of the Company US subsidiary and Italian hadquarters.
    The NA OEM Sales Manager will report directly to the OEM Solutions Sales Director based in the Powersoft HQ in Italy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall accountability for and ownership of OEM product sales in North America.
    . Interact with NA OEM customers/prospects for the purpose of selling, evaluating performance and strength, delivery of customer product training, negotiating agreements, supporting customer product integration, and sales planning and forecasting.
    . Attend NA pro audio tradeshows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and brand recognition of Powersoft products.
    . Maintain customer files and information in the Company’ CRM database.
    . Update constantly the OEM Sales Director about new potentials.
    . Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars.
    . Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary.

    This is an After-Sales position that requires a motivated individual with great people and technical skills to grow the after-sales network of a highly innovative and market leading pro audio manufacture. Territory includes US and Canada.
    −    Handle Repair of Powersoft products (including OEM version of the products) according to the agreed Service Level
    −    Manage and grow a North America service centers’ network to improve the reliability perception of Powersoft products in accordance with HQ’s rules and prescriptions
