- Mode: select either infrastructure or access point mode.
The former allows the DEVA to fit an existing network. The latter establish a stand-alone WiFi network where the DEVA is the access point.
In access point mode, DEVA supports up to four simultaneous clients.
This selection override the default wireless mode.
- SSID and password: set the SSID and password.
If the WiFi mode is set to infrastructure, fill with the SSID and password of the access point to connect to.
If the WiFi mode is set to access point, fill with the SSID and password that the clients must use to connect to the DEVA.
See Default wireless mode for default settings.
- IP mode: set the IP addressing system, either DHCP (default) or Static.
In DHCP addressing mode a DHCP server is required to assign the proper IP address and IP range to the device.
In Static addressing mode, insert proper IP and Subnet mask. Take care to assign an IP address in the same subnet of the PDD.
- Region: set the proper transmission channel in access point mode.
