One of the feater of Armonia is Network expansion, e.g. via Internet, lets you monitor system performance from far away – ideal for remote service/maintenance/support. How it can be implemented? Let say, we want to control amplifiers that working in a club from our office.

Hi mvcasian,
this looks more likely an IT problem.
It's theoretically possible access the amps from the internet, but there's obviously a lot of security drawbacks.

I see two kinds of possibility:
1. Remote control of a pc with a VNC based program.
2. Create a VPN with the LAN at your office and the amps LAN

The first one looks quite simple but has the con that needs a pc in the amps lan.
The second one is clever from the systemic point of view but it needs a good knowledge of the it infrastructure.

Regards,
Lawrence.

Thank you for the answer. I was thinking the same. I didn't found any IP settings in Armonia, what is mean that is possible only local connecting. May be Powersoft one day will make a server and possibility to distance connecting from Armonia... I don't know how is going things in other countries, but in Moldova a lot of speakers is burning... And it is good idea to periodical control how is working amplifier.
